Our clinic has made vital changes to ensure the safety of patients and practitioners during covid-19
Some of the changes we’ve made
Pre-screening
At Banstead Village Clinic, we are now screening all patients before they attend. Our screening takes place over the phone, in the days leading up to your appointment. The purpose of the screening is to prevent patients who may have symptoms associated with Covid-19 from entering the clinic.
PPE and infection control
Appropriate PPE will be warn by your practitioner at all times. Patients are advised to wear a face mask in the clinic. Upon entering the clinic, patients will be asked to remove any gloves they might be wearing, and to use the hand sanitizer provided.
Changes to appointments
To reduce the risk of viral spread, all practitioners are leaving time between their patients to fully disinfect their treatment room. Practitioners will also space out their patients, to avoid any crossing in the corridor.
