Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Body Zest, we practice a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancel with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged.

If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you may be subject to payment in full.

Deposits for appointments are refundable, when 24 hours notice is given.

Deposits for appointments are non-refundable with less than 24 hours notice for cancellation.

Appointments which are rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances with less than 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be; charged in full; partly charged; not charged.

All payments for treatment which has been carried out is non-refundable. Refunds are not aligned with a patient’s perceived treatment outcomes. All treatment will aim to result in the best treatment outcomes and benefit for the patient, however, no treatments carry an 100% success rate. A variety of factors may affect the outcomes of a patient’s treatment.
