George

Chiropractor

George’s approach to chiropractic care is shaped just as much by the gym floor as it is by the clinic. Before qualifying with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic, he spent 6 years working as a personal trainer and over 13 years training and lifting, giving him a practical understanding of how the body behaves under real-life and sporting demands.
Rather than focusing only on where pain shows up, George looks at how people move, train, work, and live day to day. His sessions combine hands-on chiropractic treatment, guided
rehabilitation, and clear movement advice to help patients feel confident using their bodies again, not just temporarily symptom-free.

George is also qualified in Shockwave Therapy, which he uses alongside manual treatment to support recovery from tendon and soft tissue injuries. He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, joint stiffness, sports injuries, and
movement-related issues not limited to the spine.
Having taken part in sports such as rugby, tennis, basketball, boxing, athletics, and freestyle wrestling, George understands the physical and mental demands of staying active. He enjoys working closely with patients of all activity levels, helping them recover properly and return to what they enjoy with confidence.

Issy

Osteopath

Issy takes a calm, considered, and highly personalised approach to osteopathic care, working with people from all backgrounds and activity levels. She believes treatment should never be one-size-fits-all and focuses on understanding what each person needs, what matters to them, and what they want to achieve, whether that is returning to sport, managing everyday aches and pains, or simply moving more comfortably.
Her interest in osteopathy is rooted in personal experience. Having dealt with injuries herself and growing up with a lifelong love of sport, Issy understands first-hand how frustrating pain and setbacks can be, and how important the right support and rehabilitation are for long-term recovery.

She competed at county level in athletics, specialising in the 200 and 800 metres, as well as swimming, which has given her a strong appreciation of performance, resilience, and the demands sport places on the body.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Issy looks at how the body moves and functions as a whole. Her sessions are thoughtful and thorough, combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with clear, practical advice to help patients feel more confident in their bodies and empowered in their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Issy enjoys keeping active in the gym and unwinding by playing the piano, a balance that reflects her belief in both physical wellbeing and the importance of switching off and recharging.
